We hope that your dog will love our all natural dog treats. Due to the nature of our products (food items), if your dog or you are not happy with our dog treats we have the following refund policy:

1) We can only accept packages that have not been opened for a refund.

2) Any opened package of treats will not receive any refund.

3) Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and packing.

4) Orders returned without first contacting us and obtaining a return authorization number will not recieve a refund.
